Pacemaker Interrogation
All patients with pacemakers and AICDs should have their pacemaker checked one to two times or more per year. The company that manufactures the pacemakers sends a representative to our office once a week and patients are scheduled to have their device interrogated. This test is scheduled through our office and requires no preparation. It may be done by midlevels or physicians and any time a patient is having a problem that may be device related.
