Carotid Angiogram
An angiogram of the arteries that supply blood to your head and face. This procedure is used to detect blockages in the neck that may interrupt blood flow to the brain and cause stroke. The test is performed as an outpatient, but some high risk patients may be admitted overnight. This procedure requires overnight preparation.
